What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect what you type in the form, plus the page you were on and how you found the site (for example the referring site or ad campaign). If you call or text our number, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time of the call. It also keeps any voicemail or text you send, photos included.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent HVAC company serving your area so they can contact you about it. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it.
Calls and recording
Calls to our number are forwarded to the HVAC company. Before a call is connected, the company hears a short message saying the call came through this service. Calls are not recorded unless you leave a voicemail, which is stored by our phone provider.
Hosting
This site runs on Cloudflare, which processes each visit (including your IP address) to deliver pages and block abuse.
Cookies and analytics
Once the site is live we may use Google Analytics 4 to see how it is used, such as pages viewed, taps on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device details; you can block it in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don't use Vercel Analytics or any advertising trackers. The form keeps your ZIP in your browser for the visit only.
Your California rights
California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them and ask us to delete it. Call or text (661) 605-3123 to do either. To stop texts from the HVAC company, reply STOP to them.
